§ 204.2 — Investigations

The Commission will make an investigation for the purposes of section 22(a) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended, only upon request of the President.

2 Applications for investigations for the purposes of section 22 of this Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended, must be filed with the Secretary of Agriculture (Executive Order 7233).
