§ 800.12 — Form Of The Performance Bond

The regulatory authority shall prescribe the form of the performance bond. The regulatory authority may allow for:

(a) A surety bond;

(b) A collateral bond;

(c) A self-bond; or

(d) A combination of any of these bonding methods.
