§ 570.515 — Funds Of The General National Maritime Transport Company Unblocked

(a) As of November 18, 2011, all funds, including cash, securities, bank accounts, and investment accounts, and precious metals of the General National Maritime Transport Company blocked pursuant to § 570.201(a)(1) or (3) are unblocked.

(b) Within 10 business days of the release of any blocked funds or precious metals pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section, a report must be filed with the Compliance Division of the Office of Foreign Assets Control via email to OFACreport@treasury.gov. For each amount released, the report must include a copy of the related initial blocking report and indicate the date that the funds were released and the amount released.
