§ 76.202 — Opportunity For A Hearing Before A State Plan Is Disapproved

The Secretary may disapprove a State plan only after:

(a) Notifying the State;

(b) Offering the State a reasonable opportunity for a hearing; and

(c) Holding the hearing, if requested by the State.
