§ 1281.10 — When Does A Foundation Consult With Nara Before Offering A Gift Of A Physical Or Material Change, Or Addition To An Existing Library?

A foundation must consult with the Office of Presidential Libraries before beginning the process of offering a gift for the purpose of making a physical or material change or addition to a new or existing library. NARA will furnish the interested foundation the current architectural and design standards as specified in § 1281.4.
