§ 16.2 — Definitions

As used in this part:

(a) The terms individual, maintain, record, and system of records have the same meanings as specified in 5 U.S.C. 552a.

(b) EPA means the Environmental Protection Agency.

(c) Working days means calendar days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
