§ 174.550 — Streptomyces Sviceus Dgt-28 Epsps (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate Synthase) Protein; Exemption From The Requirement Of A Tolerance

Residues of Streptomyces sviceus DGT-28 EPSPS (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase) protein in or on the food and feed commodities of corn; corn, field; corn, sweet; and corn, pop are exempt from the requirement of a tolerance when used as an inert ingredient in a plant-incorporated protectant in corn.
