§ 432.57 — Effluent Limitations Attainable By The Application Of The Best Control Technology For Conventional Pollutants (bct)

Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following effluent limitations representing the application of BCT: Limitations for BOD5, TSS and O&G are the same as the corresponding standard specified in § 432.55.
