§ 102-37.210 — -37.210 Undistributed Surplus Property Proposal To Sell

(a) Your request to sell undistributed surplus property must include:

(1) The proposed sale date;

(2) A listing of the property;

(3) Location of the sale;

(4) Method of sale; and

(5) Proposed advertising to be used.

(b) If the request is approved, GSA will provide the necessary forms and instructions for you to use in conducting the sale.
