§ 304.10 — General Administrative Requirements

As a condition for Federal financial participation, the provisions of2 CFR parts 200 and 300 (with the exception of 2 CFR 200.306 and 200.328) establishing uniform administrative requirements and cost principles shall apply to all grants made to States under this part.
