§ 225.7301-2 — 225.7301-2 Solicitation Approval For Sole Source Contracts

The contracting officer shall coordinate through agency channels with the Principal Director, Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy, prior to issuing a solicitation for a sole source contract for U.S./FMS combined requirements for a major system that has an estimated contract value that exceeds $500 million.
