§ 9801 — Defined Term

the term “COVID–19 public health emergency”— (1) means the public health emergency first declared on January 31, 2020, by the Secretary of Health and Human Services under section 247d of title 42 with respect to COVID–19; and (2) includes any renewal of such declaration pursuant to such section 247d of title 42.
