§ 798 — Definitions

(a) of the Clean Air Act [42 U.S.C. 1857c–10]. (b) For purposes of this chapter, the term “petroleum product” means crude oil, residual fuel oil, or any refined petroleum product (as defined in section 752(5) 1 of this title).
