§ 6734 — Other Provisions

(a) involving any redomesticating or redomesticated insurer. (b) If any provision of this section,1 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the section,1 and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
