§ 410hhhh–5 — Definitions

For the purposes of this subchapter— (1) the term “preservation district” means the Jimmy Carter National Preservation District established under section 410hhhh–1 of this title; (2) the term “historical park” means the Jimmy Carter National Historical Park established under section 410hhhh of this title; and (3) the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
