§ 2317 — Authorization Of Appropriations

(a) such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this part. (b) Funds obligated for any fiscal year to carry out activities under sections 2295 through 2298 of this title may be expended by each State receiving such funds during that fiscal year and the succeeding two fiscal years.
