§ 4514 — Definitions

As used in this chapter— (1) the term “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation; (2) the term “Foundation” means the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation; (3) the term “institution of higher education” has the same meaning given that term by section 1001 of this title; and (4) the term “secondary school” has the same meaning given that term by section 7801 of this title.
