§ 9801 — Appropriate Congressional Committees Defined

In this chapter:
(1) The term “appropriate congressional committees” means—
(A) the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; and
(B) the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives.
(2) Treasury, and any other Federal department or agency the President determines is relevant to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
