§ 7632 — Authorization Of Appropriations To Combat Tuberculosis

(1) to carry out section 104B of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as added by subsection (a) [22 U.S.C. 2151b–3]. (2) Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations under paragraph (1) are authorized to remain available until expended. (3) Unobligated balances of funds made available for fiscal year 2001, 2002, or 2003 under section 104(c)(7) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151b(c)(7) (as in effect immediately before May 27, 2003) shall be transferred to, merged with, and made available for the same purposes as funds made available for fiscal years 2009 through 2013.1 under paragraph (1).
