§ 12552 — Definitions

of this title.“State” means a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.“State Police Corps program” means a State police corps program that meets the requirements of section 12559 of this title.
