§ 20912 — Registry Requirements For Jurisdictions

(a) Each jurisdiction shall maintain a jurisdiction-wide sex offender registry conforming to the requirements of this subchapter. (b) The Attorney General shall issue guidelines and regulations to interpret and implement this subchapter.
