§ 702 — Definition

For purposes of this chapter, “Federal land management agency” includes— (1) the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture; (2) the Bureau of Land Management of the Department of the Interior; (3) the National Park Service of the Department of the Interior; (4) the Fish and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior; (5) the Bureau of Reclamation of the Department of the Interior; and (6) the Army Corps of Engineers.
