§ 220103 — Membership

Except as provided in this chapter, the rights, privileges, and designation of classes of members are as provided in the bylaws. The membership of the corporation consists of— (1) nine individuals designated by the President; and (2) representatives of the civilian organizations listed in section 220102(4) of this title, and of the public at large, as provided in the bylaws.
