§ 17351 — Definitions

In this part: (1) The term “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Foundation established pursuant to section 17352(c) of this title. (2) The term “Chief Executive Officer” means the chief executive officer of the Foundation appointed pursuant to section 17352(b) of this title. (3) The term “Foundation” means the International Clean Energy Foundation established by section 17352(a) of this title.
