§ 1962c — Authorization Of Appropriations; Coordination Of Related Federal Planning Assistance Programs; Utilization Of Federal Agencies Administering Programs Contributing To Water Resources Planning

(a) In recognition of the need for increased participation by the States in water and related land resources planning to be effective, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Council, $3,000,000 for fiscal year 1979 for grants to States to assist them in developing and participating in the development of comprehensive water and related land resources plans. (b) and (2) appropriate utilization of other Federal agencies administering programs which may contribute to achieving the purpose of this chapter.
