§ 5082 — National Senior Service Corps

(a) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part A of subchapter II, $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2014. (b) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part B of subchapter II, $115,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2014. (c) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part C of subchapter II, $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2014. (d) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out part E of subchapter II, such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2010 through 2014.
